We opted for a couple deep tissue spa massage. The place is quite old with dilapidated infrastructure. The AC was not working at all and the room didn't even have a latch. Also send me of the lights were broken. However the staff was hospitable and polite. Would not recommend their service.

Being a loyal customer and membership holder still it’s so difficult to get appointments specially with Noida Sector 18 branch.It has never happened that they pick up the call, and later they call back stating all slots are full irrespective whether it’s Monday, Tuesday or any week days or weekends.Priority should be given to loyal and membership customer’s.

A must yo place to relax or to get rid of muscle aches. I have been a patron of theirs for the past many years and they not let me down. Balineseassage is the best followed by steam bath and green tea.Kudos to the team and the professional staff like Kim. Great show guys!

I had a really good experience. The therapist, Esther, took care of all my requests, regarding lights, music, pressure etc without getting offended or not doing the service correctly. She was kind and receptive..Goes to show professionalism. I went for a 1 hr deep tissue massage. I also decided to go a facial, right after..followed by the sauna. The tea tree shampoo and coconut walnut body wash/scrub is a thoughtful touch after the oil massage and didnt strip the body off completely dry. The front desk is helpful and kind as well. Will be returning for sure. I am very happy with the experience. The most beautiful part was the dry fruits and the herbal tea.. thank you for an amazing experience. I came for a massage after a long road trip after reading good Google reviews . It was so worth it.

Great ambiance. The massage technique is also amazing. Room and shower cubicle is at par with major salon. For my first session I did not receive the correct service for which I had paid. The manager was very hospitable and offered complimentary massage to compensate for the inconvenience Massages start from 2500 approx which lasts for 60 mins and steam and shower for 20 mins. After that green tea and fry fruits is also served.
