Was asked to give a positive review by the Spa manager and get an offer of 15 mins extra on any next massage. The voucher/code never arrived. I followed up and they said they will send it across but that still hasn't come through. I've hence deleted that review and providing a factual feedback. They need to do better with customer service and improve experience.

One of the best massage experiences I've ever had and I've had quite a lot - both in and out of India. Felt so relaxed and light water the 75 min session. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The staff here is very courteous and professional, the cleanliness at the spa is unbeatable plus they have a lot of options for different spa packages with stress relieving sessions and the staff is well trained to give you the best experience.

I have taken therapy in lot of spa's in chandigarh. But which experience. Stayed with the blue terra spa. It was the most wonderfull experience there are well trained therapist and well professional. It's really a family spa. I would love to visit again whenever I need a therapy

Had an Excellent session today. Pawan always ensures that appointments are met on time. The therapists are well trained, courteous and ensure a relaxing session. Would certainly recommend to try a session at Blue Terra Spa once.

I have taken a package for the second time. Old Customer.But Today the guy sitting at Indirapuram made a fool out of me as I have paid in advance for the package. He gave me time of 2.30 then 3 then 3.30 and up till 4.15 I was told that the couple room is not Free. The Guy sitting there should be removed immediately or my balance package money refunded.

A good place for Full body massage and related therapies. though slightly on a higher side for charges as to what other Centers with similar services offer. But trust me its worth the additional price from their hygiene to their staff and massage techniques and the entire process. complimented by a green team and water flavored with peppermint and lime served at the end with dry fruits. they dont offer much discounts / deals either. So if you looking for discounts then drop this place for sure.

Very professional, though quality of therapist could be improved but still best by far!
